On PyStan 2.18 /Windows Errors

When I installed Python 3.7.1 and PyStan2.18, various errors on PyStan 2.18 occurred.

Hence, I reinstalled Python 3.6.6 and PyStan 2.17. Then, I can use PyStan as before (2018.10.28).

Python 3.6.6 was installed from the website

https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-366/

I chose the file enclosed by the red frame in Figure 1

PyStan 2.17 was installed by this pip command

pip install pystan==2.17

The version of PyStan is specified by “==2.17”.
